This workshop is structured for an audience in early to developing understanding around leadership through change. Participants move through the different types of change (planned, emergent, and imposed), their personal readiness for change and that of their organization and team; communication systems for effective change management, and taking ownership of change and mitigating risk. Participants leave with three core tools and are invited to both workshop their own change management scenarios and hypotheticals with their colleagues and get real-time feedback and suggestions.
