In this cohort we will work together to understand the essentials of change management and how it manifests in our organizations. Participants will bring a case study in change management based on their work (something current or anticipated is encouraged). Sessions will focus on how to use tools and essential systems to create a game plan around change and increase personal readiness to lead in times of change.
